Could this due to pricing, service, marketing strategies, emergence of new competitors etc ? Identify the reason and then work from there.
Seems like your father is having problems at home, this might have distracted him and therefore unable to focus on his business. If this was the reason, then try to overcome / alleviate your family problems.
Like i always said, there is no harm in praying to various gods if praying to them will make your father feels good about himself / business. However most importantly he ( or you can do it for him ) has to analyse the reasons behind his declining business. Under present economic situation, he has to work harder to get more business. Even if gods wanted to help him, if he does not take any initiative to improve, gods won't be able to help.|||Proper business strategies and skillful personnel.

Feng Shui may help but definitely not those Lilian Too crap that ask you to buy expensive decorations. Simply put statues there won't help. Some talismans have real magics, they can help but... up to you lah.

i don't have an answer, but I think its mostly the economy. many businesses are suffering now. as a consumer, i have tended to be conscious lately about the amount of money I spend.|||my friend if you like help to your dad then try giving a helping hand. My father is a businessman. And believe me costumers like it more if they are talking to the owner or someone with authority(i'm referring to you)|||Unfortunately, none of the things you list will help. Usually, fairy tales characters don't help people with business problems.|||concentrate on your business,not on those man made characters.
