Why most of the Chinese Christian reluctant to believe in Fengshui and said it is againt God?

It seems to me that some Chinese say Fengshui is like superstitions... like belief in ghosts and the like. Of course, in USA we say don't believe in ghosts, except it is mandatory you DO believe in THE Holy Ghost. So to Chinese, maybe they think that you either believe in God/Jesus/HolySpirit or you believe in Fungshui, and they are mutually exclusive, meaning if one is true, the other is false.|||Everyone has they own beliefs. You cant expect the whole world to accept your beliefs.|||It is not in line with Christian teachings.

Quote: "It is entirely inconsistent with Christianity to believe that harmony and balance result from the manipulation and channeling of nonphysical forces or energies, or that such can be done by means of the proper placement of physical objects. Such techniques, in fact, belong to the world of sorcery."|||i do... to a certain extent|||Fengshui is a years of study just like the palm reading. Some believe and some dont. The believers didnt force the non-believers to believe it.. so what to fuss about..|||Because fengshui is all hogwash, it's not even a science! Only the lowly educated, the superstitious, the lost will believe in fengshui.

Think: how does the rest of the non-Chinese world get along without fengshui? Even the majority of Chinese people in CHINA have no time, do not believe in this mambo-jumbo nonsense. Only in the south fengshui finds a following (not huge) - Cantonese, HongKongers, Malaysian and Singaporean Chinese.|||ask them personally|||placing the Feng Shui goddess is wrong|||same question
